Esther Vazquez, known professionally as EV Vazz, is a Mexican-Native American singer, songwriter, author, and resilient music industry veteran. Born into a deeply musical lineage, she inherited her creative gifts from her mother, a church choir pianist, and her grandfather, a conservatory-trained classical violinist. EV Vazz discovered her own passion for music at just three years old when she made her singing debut before her church congregation. By age five, she was already performing on a local gospel television show alongside her brother, David, laying a powerful foundation for her lifelong artistic journey.

Navigating Adversity and Reclaiming Her Voice

Her formal creative pursuits began at age 18 when she started songwriting, followed by recording her first demo at 19. Though she recorded a Christian Pop album with her brother, Noe Jr., personal hardships ultimately left the project unreleased. EV Vazz then navigated a season of profound personal and professional adversity, including a turbulent marriage and a harrowing career pivot as a licensed private investigator, where she endured severe workplace harassment and stalking. This dark period triggered a long battle with depression and a temporary loss of her musical drive, but it ultimately became the catalyst for her profound renewal.

Demonstrating immense resilience, EV Vazz rebuilt her life by stepping behind the scenes of the music business. For over a decade, she excelled as an independent contractor and tour management professional. Her expertise guided major concert tours for some of the biggest names in the global music industry.

Today, EV Vazz has successfully reclaimed her confidence, her faith, and her musical passion. She is the author of the empowering motivational book, “Stay Strong from the Ground up!”, which serves as a roadmap of survival for others facing their own trials. As a speaker, writer, and artist, she actively uses her story of trauma and triumph to inspire global audiences, living by the profound truth that "butterflies are born out of darkness."
